The Flagstar Strand Theatre for the Performing Arts is located at 12 N. Saginaw Street, just north of Pike Street, in downtown Pontiac.
More than 2,100 parking spaces exist within a three-minute walk of the theater. The spaces are well lit, privately managed, clean and safe.
Downtown Pontiac is Oakland County’s most accessible city. Some 4.5 million people reside within a 40 minute radius and 2 million people are within a 20 minute drive. Woodward Avenue, M-59, I-75, and Telegraph Road are all major feeders into the downtown district.
